Melt, representing Coca-Cola, looked to MAG for assistance in footprint management; creative; and execution. MAG’s experience with the show direction of Bracket Town as a whole made them the obvious choice to assist in the development and execution of a footprint that reached over 15,000 sq./ft.
MAG’s event management team worked with show management to optimize the event experience for the Coke Zero brand. MAG also managed the load-in and strike of all Coke Zero event elements and creative. The experience of the MAG staff was also sought to create the perfect traffic flow throughout the space.
During the event, MAG managed all autograph sessions, emcees, and event elements within the Coke Zero footprint to ensure a consistent flow of traffic and order.
MAG’s ideation and experience with other clients and properties was also crucial in terms of event activation procedures, training, and suggested assets/elements.
