As the official auto glass of the NASCAR Performance Network, Safelite AutoGlass partnered with MAG to create the "Customer Delight Cup". This program is based on an internal incentive for employees to enhance their customer experience of having their windshield replaced or repaired.
Incentives are based on each office receiving positive customer evaluations. Launced in quarter one of 2008, Safelite has seen a dramatic increase in customer satisfaction, while creating an internal buzz among its employees. Each quarter, the top ranking distribution center is rewarded with a VIP trip to a NASCAR race, complete with hospitality, VIP access to drivers, owners, and more.
